Live illustration offers a unique and memorable brand experience, delighting guests with personalised portraits. It boosts social media posting and buzzing around the event, improves engagement and increases sales.
Hiring a live event illustrator requires a minimal setup (a table, a chair and some light) while driving dynamic interactions between the artist and your guests making it a great addition to your event
I will arrive 45-30 minutes prior to the event’s beginning to set up my space. Then, I will take pictures of guests with my phone (so they can enjoy their evenening) to draw them in 5-7 minutes per guest, 10-15 minutes per couple.
Each drawing is protected by a transparent sleeve for the guest to take home safely. Guests can come by the table to collect their illustrated keepsake easily.
Yes, I can travel anywhere in France at your request. I am based in Paris/Lyon, so it will be easy for me to travel to your location.
However, keep in mind that travel costs will be included in the quote.
The quote will consider the following:
– Number of hours you book me for your event
– Number of drawings you expect me to make at the event
– Costs of paper branding
– Costs for travel and accommodation if any
Each quote is tailored to your needs to provide you with the best service possible.

For 7 minutes portraits: 7-8 guest/hour
For 5 minutes portraits: 12 guests/hour
For couples: 6-7 couples/hour
For customized painted objects: 7 objects/hour
