Hello, I am Amélie-Rose a live event fashion illustrator based in Paris. I specialise in luxury brands, private and corporate events illustration.

Live event illustration is an original idea for brand activation as it will animate and boost engagement with your guests. They will have a new memorable experience as they watch live their custom illustrations come to life !

Each illustration takes in 8-10 minutes per person and 10-15 for a couple drawing. 

To ensure the best quality, I use artist grade paint and A5 size paper. We can discuss a customization of the paper with your logo or a minimal background. This exclusive service is available at no extra cost but must be planned in advance to ensure the best experience for your event.

With an extensive background in illustration, I understand the high quality standards of this industry. My unique art style blends the authenticity of analogic paint with a modern, fresh twist to create delicate, high quality portraits that align with brands’ requirements.

Each drawing offers a tailored experience for your guests as they get to keep their own little piece of art ! I ensure easy communication both in French and English, to put attendees at ease.

Let me answer some of your questions about Live Event Illustration

  • Live illustration offers a unique and memorable brand experience, delighting guests with personalised portraits. It boosts social media posting and buzzing around the event, improves engagement and increases sales.

    Hiring a live event illustrator requires a minimal setup (a table, a chair and some light) while driving dynamic interactions between the artist and your guests making it a great addition to your event

  • I will arrive 45-30 minutes prior to the event’s beginning to set up my space. Then, I will take pictures of guests with my phone (so they can enjoy their evenening) to draw them in 8-10 minutes per person, 10-15 minutes per couple. 

    Each drawing will be protected by a transparent bag for the guest to take home safely. Guests can come by the table to discuss and take their custom illustrations as the event progresses, allowing them to have fun and collect their illustrated souvenir easily.

  • Yes, I can travel anywhere in France at your request. I am based in Paris, so it will be easy for me to travel to your location.

    However, keep in mind that travel costs will be included in your quote. 

  • The quote will consider the following: 

    • Number of hours you book me for your event

    • Number of drawings you expect me to make at the event

    • Costs of traveling and accommodation if any

    Each quote is tailored to your needs to provide you with the best service possible.

    Please fill out the contact form to tell me all about your next event, I will ask you some questions to refine our vision of the experience you want to offer to your guests. Then I will send you the final quote within 24h.

  • Since each drawings takes 8-10 minutes to complete, I should be able to make 6-7 illustrations per hour. If you have a lot of attendees, I can make 5 minutes illustrations (examples here), which makes a total of 12 illustrations per hour. 

    However, if your event is really big, I recommend you hire 2 illustrators. It will double the benefits from your event by creating even more interaction and interest from your attendees. 

    Please note that most of my fellow artists will have the same productivity as I do, since quality is key and requires a bit of time ;)
